- Angle’s Class I malocclusion
- Severe crowding in upper and lower arches
- Labially positioned canine (#6)
- Posterior crossbite on the left side
- Midline spacing (diastema) in upper teeth
- Rotation of teeth (#20, 22, 27, 29)
Treatment Procedure
- Fixed orthodontic treatment using PEA appliance
- Non-extraction approach followed initially, with review for extraction if required
- Upper and lower braces placed

Treatment Considerations
- Severe crowding may require tooth removal, but the patient preferred to avoid extraction
- Alignment without extraction can lead to forward movement of teeth
- The patient has a good soft tissue drape which can mask the forward movement of teeth
- Controlled tooth movement resulted in proper alignment with minimal forward movement of teeth
